NOTE - most TTUHSC library study rooms do not require a reservation. They are first-come first-serve

  • Only a few designated group study rooms can be reserved.
  • No reservations for individual study. A minimum of 3 occupants at all times (15 minute breaks allowed)
  • Reservations must be made at least 30 minutes before your arrival
  • Reservations are for exactly 2 hours
  • No individual member of a study group may place consecutive reservations on behalf of the entire group:
    • Not allowed - Joe may not reserve the room on behalf of his entire group for 3 two-hour consecutive time slots [6 hours total] 
    • Allowed - Joe reserves the room for the first 2 hours, Sally reserves the room for the next 2 hours, and John reserves the room for the remaining 2 hours
  • You must Check In Online no earlier than 5 minutes before, and no later than 15 minutes after your start time. Login to Booked with your eRaider, open your reservation and Check In. Failure to Check In will automatically delete your reservation and allow other patrons to claim your time slot
  • IMPORTANT - if any patrons depart early, leaving less than 3 patrons in the room, all remaining patrons must vacate the room early
