NOTE - both Document Delivery and ILL services are provided by the Interlibrary Loan departments of the TTUHSC libraries
- Interlibrary Loan (ILL) provides access to items not owned by TTUHSC, such as books or journal articles from other libraries.
- Document Delivery provides convenience PDF copies of journal articles or book chapters already owned or licensed by the TTUHSC libraries.
Routine ILL and Document Delivery is free. RUSH requests are charged a surcharge.
Per the Texas Comptroller's office, Interlibrary Loan services are tax-exempt, but Document Delivery services are taxable.
