This is usually caused by a web browser stale cache and cookies. A quick way to confirm this is to open Board Vitals in Google Chrome's Incognito Mode which does does not use the cache:
- In Google Chrome, use the 3 small dots in the upper right to open an Incognito Window, then visit Board Vitals by copy-pasting the following URL:
- https://www.boardvitals.com/users/sign_in
If Board Vitals behaves properly, this confirms the original cause is a stale browser cache. Clear your web browser cache and cookies, then close and reopen your web browser before accessing Board Vitals.
NOTE - although you could just use Chrome's Incognito Mode as a quick workaround, best practice is to clear your cache and cookies once a month.
