Subscription vendors recognize the TTUHSC library as a private library, not a public library. Remote access is licensed only for current TTUHSC faculty, staff and students.

However, most vendor licenses also allow unaffiliated public users to access our subscription electronic resources from within the library during business hours, including:

  • TTUHSC graduates, retirees and former employees
  • TTUHSC Alumni Association members
  • Hospital employees
  • The general public
  • The TTU (not TTUHSC) campus. However, TTU faculty and graduate-level students with either a joint appointment or performing joint research with TTUHSC may also request temporary remote access.
