To isolate the cause of the problem, please follow these 6 steps in this order without skipping any steps:

  • Clear your browser cache and cookies, then try accessing the library again.
  • Confirm your eRaider password:  https://eraider.ttuhsc.edu
  • Confirm that you can login and view the library test page:  https://hscweb.ttuhsc.edu/libraries/testing/
    • NOTE - you may need to click the library test page link twice.
  • Try accessing the library with a different web browser  (Chrome, FireFox, Edge, Safari).
  • Try accessing the library from a different device, such as a phone, tablet, or laptop.
  • Try accessing the library from a different network, such as a coffee shop.
