    • Most professional healthcare research databases do not support simple, natural language searching, and each database has its own unique search method. Our reference librarians can help you with your healthcare research.
  • Assuming that TTUHSC has instant access to most of the articles in the databases.
    • Database searches will always return a mix of articles that TTUHSC does and does not have instant access to, and databases cannot filter your searches to only articles immediately available to TTUHSC. If you are prompted for payment, we can usually obtain the article for you at no cost from Interlibrary Loan within 48 business hours.
