Micromedex periodically makes unannounced password rotations. Users must retrieve the new password from the Micromedex web site and reauthorize their app as follows:


For the Drug Interactions app and the IV Compatibility app -

  1. Revisit the Micromedex web site (off-campus users will be prompted for their TTUHSC eRaider.)
  2. Click the Download Center link in the upper right.
  3. Retrieve the new password for your app

For the NeoFax app and the Pediatric app -

  1. Revisit the Micromedex web site (off-campus users will be prompted for their TTUHSC eRaider.)
  2. Click the NeoFax / Pediatrics link to open a new window (your pop-up blocker must be disabled)
  3. Click the Mobile link in the upper right.
  4. Retrieve the new password for your app
