Micromedex periodically makes unannounced password rotations. Users must retrieve the new password from the Micromedex web site and reauthorize their app as follows:


For the Drug Interactions app and the IV Compatibility app -

  1. Revisit the Micromedex web site (off-campus users will be prompted for their TTUHSC eRaider.)
  2. Click the Download Center link in the upper right of the screen.
  3. Retrieve the new password for your app

For the NeoFax Essentials app and the Pediatric Essentials app -

  1. Revisit the Micromedex web site (off-campus users will be prompted for their TTUHSC eRaider.)
  2. Click the NeoFax / Pediatrics link to open a new window
  3. Click the Mobile link in the upper right of the screen.
  4. Retrieve the new password for your app
