Most subscription vendors and publishers offer only a site license to educational institutions. This license is priced with the assumption that the majority of faculty, staff and students will use the resource.

For low-usage resources, rather than the library purchasing an expensive site license, a more cost-effective solution is for patrons to use TTUHSC Interlibrary Loan (free for students, and a small fee for faculty/staff/residents.)
